•  All pets must be at least 6 months old.

 

• All Canine boarding pets must have current Rabies, Dhlpp, K9 Influenza and Canine Cough preventative vaccinations.

 

• All Feline guests must have current Rabies AND Frep vaccinations. 

 

• Please ensure that all vaccinations, including boosters, are completed at least 10 days before your visit with us. For any necessary updates, send vaccination records to countrysidebedandbiscuit@gmail.com at least 12 days prior to the visit.

Suite Features:

• Spacious Suites: Our luxury indoor/outdoor suites are designed to allow guests to enjoy the best of both worlds with the perfect combination of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Whether they want to bask in the sun or retreat to the cozy indoors, they have the flexibility to do so.

• Temperature Controlled: We closely monitor the temperature and weather conditions to ensure the comfort and safety of our guests. We can close our doggy doors in extreme weather to restrict outside access and keep our guests safe and comfortable.

• Elevated Cots: Each suite features a large, elevated cot. These cots provide excellent support for joints and muscles, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating nap for your furry friend.

 

Amenities Included:

• Bowls, Cots, Bedding, and Toys: We provide all the essentials at no extra cost. Your dog will have access to clean bowls, comfortable cots, cozy bedding, and engaging toys.

Food Options:

1. Bring Your Own Food (Recommended):

   • You’re welcome to bring your dog's preferred diet at no extra cost.

   • Personalized meals ensure your dog feels at home during their stay.

   • All meals must be preportioned into individual ziplock meals ( 1 bag a day or 1 ziplock per meal)

   • Portioning Service: We offer portioning services for your convenience. If you bring a large bag of food, you’ll pay a $5.00 fee for us to portion it out. 

2. House Kibble:

   • If you prefer, we offer our “house kibble” for a one-time fee of $5.00 per pet per ten days.

   • Our carefully selected kibble provides balanced nutrition.

Personal Belongings:

• We encourage you to bring your dog's favorite belongings, such as a cherished toy, special treats, or a cozy blanket. A great idea would be a pillow case or t-shirt with your scent. Please do not bring any balls.

• Please pack their suitcase lightly and remember that our staff is not liable for damage or missing items.

• Our feline guests enjoy roomy two-story condos, each measuring 4 feet wide and 4 feet tall.

• If you’re boarding two cats, we’ll place their condos side by side, allowing them to be friendly neighbors during their stay.

• Bowls and Litter Pans: We supply all necessary bowls and litter pans for your convenience.

 

Cat Food Options:

 Remember, your cat’s well-being is our priority. Choose the option that best suits your feline friend!

Small Animal Bed & Board:

We specialize in providing exceptional care for your rare and special small pets. Here’s what you can expect when your unique companions stay with us:

• Customized Care

• Bring Your Own Cage and Food—We kindly request that you provide your pet’s cage and preferred food for all exotic guests. Each exotic pet has specific needs, and we tailor our care accordingly.

• Detailed Directions—Before bringing your pet to our Inn, please prepare written, detailed instructions about their care and specific requirements. This ensures that we effectively meet their individual needs.

Rabbit Retreat: $25.00

• Our rabbit guests enjoy the company of our feline friends over in the separate cattery. The cattery is thoughtfully designed to accommodate most cages and offers numerous windows for breathtaking views of our beautiful grounds and nature’s wonders.

Avian Comforts: $25.00

• Birds receive the comforts of “our” home. We provide a sunny Florida Room or a cozy den right within our personal residence.

• Your feathered friends interact with our family of birds, including our newest addition, Cocoa the Senegal Parrot. Expect delightful days filled with singing, talking, and mutual entertainment.

Lizard Lodging: $20.00 

• Lizards find a cozy spot in our home as well. Their unique needs are met with care and attention.

Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. Please take note of our cancellation policy:
•    Off-Season (September 5th - May 28th): A 48-hour cancellation notice is required.
•    Peak Season (May 29th - September 4th): A 72-hour cancellation notice applies.
•    Exception for Major Holidays: Different rules apply during major holidays.
Fees for Late Cancellation:
•    If you fail to cancel within the specified time frames, a $35.00 per pet cancellation will be charged. 
For reservations made during major holidays, please note the following policy:
•    Cancellation or Changes: To avoid charges, you must cancel or change your reservation at least six days before arrival.
•    Late Changes: If changes are made less than 5 days before your scheduled arrival, you will be responsible for the full original reservation billing.

Payment methods:

We do not require a down payment before board; however, in order to control costs, payment is expected at the end of the stay. We accept all major credit cards.

*If your pet will be staying for an extended period, we require your credit card information to be charged every two weeks.
