Appointment times are between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m.
All Sunday departures require an advanced appointment.

• We do not accept check-ins on Sundays.
• All Sunday departures are billed at a full-day rate.
• Approved drop-offs or pickups outside standard operating hours are subject to a minimum $50 service charge.
• We are closed to the public on major holidays; however, we remain fully staffed on-site to care for all guests.
